(1) Investigations into cases relating to offenses punishable under Sub-Section (3) of Section 30 shall be conducted by the Inspector. After such investigations are completed, he/she
shall file a case with the District Court.
(2) While conducting investigations and filing a case under Sub- Section (1), the Inspector may consult the Government Attorney.
